Future Scholars Thursday Night Camp
Future Scholars is The Center’s free after-school enrichment program created to help students in grades K–8 learn, grow and thrive. Every Thursday from 5–7 p.m., students receive homework help, mentoring and hands-on activities in science, technology, engineering, the arts and mathematics—also known as STEAM. Lessons also strengthen reading, problem-solving, creativity, confidence, healthy decision-making and positive relationships.
The program provides a safe, welcoming space where children can receive additional academic support, discover new interests and connect with caring adults and other students. A free dinner is provided each week, making Future Scholars a valuable resource for both students and working families.
We also offer summer programming

Free and open to the community.
Back-to-School Prayer Service
Sunday, August 16 | 10:30 AM
Iasis Christian Center | 1914 E. 11th St., Wichita
Before students head into classrooms and educators begin another year of teaching and serving, we want to cover our schools in prayer.
Students, teachers, administrators, school staff, parents, grandparents and families are invited to this special Back-to-School Prayer Service. Together, we will pray for peace, protection, wisdom, favor and a successful school year.
Whether your child is beginning kindergarten, heading off to college or somewhere in between, bring them and let's start this school year surrounded by faith, encouragement and community support.

Friday, August 28 | 6:00–8:00 PM
